1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Ludo Social is designed primarily as an offline, local-play experience. To ensure your privacy, our app operates with the following restrictions:
- No User Accounts: We do not require or offer user account creation, logins, or passwords.
- No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or address.
- No Social Features: We currently do not have chat, friend lists, or social media integrations.
- No Cloud Storage: Game progress and settings are saved locally on your device.
- No Intrusive Permissions: We do not request access to your device's camera, microphone, precise location (GPS), or external file storage.
2. Analytics & Diagnostics
To improve the game, fix bugs, and understand how players interact with Ludo Social, we use third-party services provided by Google.
Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics & Performance
These services are integrated into our app and collect pseudonymous diagnostic and usage information, including:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and technical device information used for diagnostics and analytics.
- Usage Data: General app usage information such as app interactions, session information, and feature usage to help us improve the game.
- Crash & Performance Reports: Detailed logs if the app crashes, and metrics on app performance to help us identify and fix issues.
- App Instance Identifiers: Identifiers that help distinguish app installations without identifying you personally.
Google services integrated into the app may use the Android Advertising ID, where available, for analytics-related functionality. The current version of Ludo Social does not display advertisements, and the Advertising ID is not used to serve ads within the app.

3. Children's Privacy
Ludo Social is a general audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app only collects limited technical diagnostics and analytics information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you believe personal information has been collected from a child in error, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
4. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and change the "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
5. Data Deletion
Since Ludo Social does not require user accounts or store personal information on our servers, there is generally no personal account data that users need to request deletion of. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through your device settings.
